Compress JPG file to a specified size in MB, KB or in % online

Select a picture on your computer or phone, specify the desired size in kilobytes, megabytes or percentages and then click OK button at the bottom of this page. Other settings are already installed by default. Still it is possible to compress JPG file by standard method by specifying level of quality.

A large picture of about 20 megapixels (5484x3646) and 5-10 megabytes in most cases can not be compressed to 200-500 KB, but if you specify "size reducing in megapixels" up to 3 or 5, then it will be real, and without the appearance of pixelation (squares) and without jpeg artifacts due to heavy compression.

Compress jpg-file to: (from 1 KB to 30.0 MB, default value is 200 KB)
Compress jpg-file by: % (can be specified from 1% to 99%)

Size reducing in megapixels:
(Limiting the size to about 3-5 Megapixels allows you to compress a large file of 5-20 MB to 500 KB with the preservation of the normal picture quality, for example, without appearance of pronounced squares and jpeg-artifacts)
